A missing woman who was last seen leaving strip clubs in South Florida has been found dead in Biscayne Bay, leaving her devastated family searching for answers.
Keisha Nicole Jones, 31, was found Monday morning in the waters off Biscayne Bay near a NOAA research building on Virginia Key, according to local reports. Her body was discovered three days after she was reportedly seen on surveillance footage outside an adult entertainment club holding hands with a man.
Her family said they are desperate to know who she was last with and how she ended up dead more than 20 miles from where she had last been seen.

Last Seen Leaving Adult Clubs
Jones was reportedly seen around 6 a.m. Friday leaving Dean’s Gold, an adult entertainment venue in North Miami Beach.
Police said she then took a taxi to Scarlett’s Cabaret, another adult club in Hallandale Beach.
“That was one of the places where she was last seen with the person that she was with,” Jones’ father, Richard Furlow, told WSVN.
Sources told Local 10 News that surveillance footage showed Jones outside one of the clubs holding hands with a man. Authorities have not publicly identified that person.
FBI Involved in Investigation
The FBI is now involved as investigators work to determine what happened to Jones in the hours after she was last seen.
“The FBI is aware of this matter. Out of respect for the ongoing investigation, we will refrain from commenting on its substance,” a spokesperson told The Post.
The Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office said it was waiting for family members to identify the body before releasing additional details.
A North Miami Beach Police spokeswoman later confirmed that the woman found dead Monday morning was Keisha Jones.

Family Travels to Florida Seeking Answers
Furlow said Wednesday that he was traveling to Miami Beach with other family members to meet with investigators.
He told WSVN that he had spoken with the morgue and was told a body matching his daughter’s description had been found between 2:30 a.m. and 4 a.m. Monday.
Jones’ family said they are heartbroken and struggling to understand what happened.
“My family is broken,” Furlow said. “My sister can’t stop crying.”
He said the grief has taken a physical toll on him.
“I’ve gotten so sick to the point where I’ve been having stiffness in my heart, my stomach,” he said. “So I just try to keep it out of my mind, ’cause that’s the only way I can survive. Just trying to stay strong.”
Father Says Daughter Was Trying to Turn Her Life Around
Furlow said Jones had recently started a new relationship and was trying to build a different future for herself.
“She just got a relationship with her boyfriend recently, and she was starting a new life going to church,” he told WSVN.
He said his daughter had faced struggles, but he believed she was making an effort to move forward.
“Kids go through things when they’re young, and then I felt that she was really trying to turn her life around,” he said.

Police Had Listed No Known Medical or Mental Health Issues
A missing persons flyer from North Miami Beach Police noted that Jones had no known mental health issues or medical illnesses.
Her death remains under investigation, and officials have not released a cause or manner of death.
For Jones’ family, the most urgent questions remain unanswered: who she left with, what happened after she was last seen, and how she ended up dead in Biscayne Bay.
As investigators continue reviewing the case, her loved ones say they are focused on getting the truth.
