GH The Rinse June 16: Dante Stands His Ground And It Will Cost Him
In the June 16 episode of General Hospital, Justine, aka DA Turner, continued spreading her wrath all over the PCPD. This time, “Nathan” was her target, which led Dante to defend not just “Nathan” but also Chase. Dante has no idea what he just did backing two people who did not deserve his loyalty.

The DA Isn’t Here for Chase or ‘Nathan’
It was just yesterday that Justine (Nazneen Contractor) made it crystal clear to Chase (Josh Swickard) that she didn’t trust him. Justine reiterated that to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) as she blamed Chase for the footage that went missing at Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial.
However, this time around, Chase wasn’t the one Justine had an issue with. “Nathan” landed in her crosshairs because Sidwell (Carlo Rotta) got away. “Nathan” explained how Sidwell’s guys got the best of him, but DA Turner wasn’t buying it all.
In fact, she called “Nathan” out on it, only to have Dante demand they have a meeting alone. Justine didn’t hold back as she blasted the two bad cops in the PCPD.
Dante’s Nice Guy Routine Continues

When Justine came for “Nathan,” Dante had his back. Dante stated that the only problems he had with his former partner were personal, not professional. He defended “Nathan” having a seven-year memory gap and told the DA to take the issues she had with “Nathan” to Internal Affairs.
Dante didn’t let Justine’s remarks about Chase slide either. Other than how he behaved during Willow’s trial, Dante reassured Justine that Chase was a great cop.
The more Dante doubled down on his friends and colleagues, the more Justine became convinced Chase and “Nathan” weren’t worthy enough to be on the force. Little does Dante know, the DA was 100% right on how she clocked his two cops.
Loyalty Doesn’t Always Pay Off

GH fans know all too well that neither Chase nor “Nathan” deserved the loyalty Dante gave them. When the truth comes out that “Nathan” is really his never-heard-of twin brother, Cassius (Ryan Paevey), Dante will have egg on his face.
The same goes for when all of Willow’s dirty little deeds come to light and Chase’s proven to be a fool. Dante can’t help but be the nice guy, and defending his friends could cost him his job.

Heads will roll when these two bombshells come out. Anna (Finola Hughes) welcomed “Nathan” back onto the force with open arms. However, “Nathan” and Chase’s actions have happened under Dante’s watch as Police Commissioner.
DA Turner will no doubt hold him accountable. Dante could lose his job or more because of his loyalty.
