The 38-year-old, who is serving a 151-month federal sentence after being convicted on child sexual abuse material charges, is now expected to leave prison on February 2, 2033, according to updated prison records. The new date marks another change to his anticipated release schedule.
This is reportedly the third time Duggar’s projected release date has been revised.
When he first entered federal custody, his release had been estimated for August 2032. Since then, the date has been pushed back multiple times, resulting in several additional months behind bars.
