During sentencing, the victim asked the judge to impose the maximum punishment. Mystikal responded in court, saying, “If I did that to you, I deserve the max sentence,” before ultimately receiving the full 20 years allowed under the plea agreement.
The case marks yet another major legal setback for the rapper, who previously served six years in prison after pleading guilty to sexual battery and extortion in 2003 and has faced multiple other allegations over the years.
