After making history in the UFC flyweight division, Manel Kape has already set his next ambitious target.

Fresh off a knockout victory over Kyoji Horiguchi at UFC Vegas 119, Kape extended his winning streak and further strengthened his reputation as one of the most dangerous finishers in the sport. The win marked his fourth consecutive knockout and helped him establish a new flyweight knockout record in the UFC.

Despite the achievement, Kape believes his journey is far from over. The Portuguese-Angolan fighter revealed that he now wants to chase the overall UFC knockout record, a milestone currently held by heavyweight veteran Derrick Lewis.

Kape expressed confidence that he can eventually surpass the record, pointing to his aggressive fighting style and growing list of knockout victories. Since joining the UFC, he has consistently delivered exciting finishes and has become one of the division’s most feared strikers.

With another highlight-reel stoppage added to his résumé, Kape appears to be moving closer to a UFC flyweight title opportunity. Many observers expect him to challenge champion Joshua Van in the near future.

For now, Kape plans to enjoy time with his family, but his long-term goal remains clear: continue collecting knockouts and pursue one of the most impressive records in UFC history.
