Reality TV star and entrepreneur Pinky Cole is once again making headlines as new details about her finances emerge during her ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

According to court documents, the founder of the vegan restaurant empire Slutty Vegan disclosed multiple income streams despite filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year. Cole reportedly earns money through speaking engagements, rental properties, and a mentorship program, while also receiving compensation for appearing on The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Cole testified that she charges between $25,000 and $50,000 for speaking engagements, although she admitted that bookings have slowed recently. She also revealed that her mentorship group brings in approximately $800 per week. However, she said she was unsure of the exact amount she earns from her reality television contract and agreed to provide additional details to the court.
The financial disclosures come months after Cole filed for bankruptcy, citing millions of dollars in debt tied largely to business obligations she personally guaranteed. Court filings show she owes about $1.2 million to the U.S. Small Business Administration and another $192,000 in taxes to the state of Georgia.
Despite the mounting debt, Cole’s assets remain substantial. Bankruptcy records indicate she listed homes, vehicles, jewelry, artwork and other personal property valued at roughly $3.7 million, while reporting monthly expenses of approximately $41,700.
The legal drama intensified earlier this year when Cole alleged that one of her Georgia investment properties was seized by a creditor after she filed for bankruptcy. She argued the action violated bankruptcy protections and later won a court order restoring possession of the property.
As her financial struggles continue to play out publicly, Cole has asked a judge to seal portions of her bankruptcy filings, arguing that widespread media coverage and social media commentary have turned her case into tabloid fodder.
Even amid the controversy, Cole has maintained that bankruptcy is a chance to reorganize and rebuild. Once celebrated for turning Slutty Vegan into a business valued at over $100 million, she now faces the challenge of restoring both her finances and her public image while navigating life as one of the newest stars of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
