Every time Prince William and Kate Middleton step out with their youngest son, Prince Louis, the internet rejoices.

The young royal, who turned 8 in April, has become known for pulling some of the funniest faces during events such as Trooping the Color, the late queen’s Platinum Jubilee, and even his grandfather’s coronation. But it seems like it’s not just the internet that delights in Louis’ spirited appearances. His parents and siblings have also been captured getting a kick out of the 8-year-old’s hilarious antics.

“He’s a character, but he’s a very good boy,” Prince William once described his last born, per the Daily Mail. “He likes to wind his brother and sister up.”

Even when he was still getting the hang of how to wave, a teeny-tiny Prince Louis got a good laugh out of his parents during the Trooping of the Colour ceremony in 2019.

By the time Louis attended Trooping the Colour 2022 (in his dad’s vintage sailor suit, no less!) Kate had mastered the art of Louis wrangling while looking regal.

But even more of an expert than Kate? Queen Elizabeth, who, with plenty of practice being a great grandmother, was able to pay no heed to Prince Louis’ funny antics as the flypast went by Buckingham Palace.

Suffice it to say, the young Prince might have some notes. An animated Louis hilariously matched his sister’s questioning look as the royal siblings took in the festivities of 2024’s Trooping the Colour.
