Drake has officially made Billboard history, surpassing Michael Jackson to become the solo male artist with the most No. 1 songs on the Hot 100 chart.

The milestone came after his latest track “Janice STFU” debuted at No. 1, bringing his total number of chart-topping singles to 14. This breaks Michael Jackson’s long-standing record of 13 No. 1 hits.
With this achievement, Drake now ties Rihanna and Taylor Swift in overall No. 1 totals, while still trailing behind The Beatles and Mariah Carey in the all-time rankings. The Beatles remain the record holders with 20 No. 1 hits, followed by Mariah Carey with 19.
The record-setting moment follows a major wave of new releases from Drake, including his latest project ICEMAN, which helped fuel multiple chart entries and streaming dominance across platforms. The album rollout has further solidified his position as one of the most commercially successful artists in the streaming era.
In addition to the No. 1 milestone, Drake has also continued to break streaming records, including a historic number of simultaneous entries on the Hot 100 within a single week.
With this latest achievement, Drake extends his legacy as one of the most dominant chart forces of his generation, continuing to reshape Billboard history with each new release.
