Sean Combs is reportedly preparing for yet another courtroom fight — this time over allegations that he dangled a woman over a 17th-floor balcony during a 2016 incident in Los Angeles.

According to new court filings, creative director Bryana Bongolan — a close friend of Cassie Ventura — claims Diddy forced his way into Cassie’s apartment and held her over the edge of a balcony for several seconds before throwing her onto patio furniture.

Bongolan says the alleged attack left her with bruises, neck and back pain, along with severe emotional trauma that continued for years afterward.

The allegations were previously mentioned during Diddy’s criminal trial in 2025, where Bongolan testified in court and described suffering from recurring nightmares and panic following the incident. Before testifying, she reportedly invoked her Fifth Amendment rights before receiving immunity from the judge.

Diddy’s legal team pushed back aggressively during cross-examination, questioning her credibility and accusing her of drug use during the alleged incident — claims she denied.

The civil lawsuit is now scheduled to head toward trial in May 2027. The case names Diddy, Bad Boy Entertainment and CeOpco LLC as defendants.

This would become Diddy’s third major jury trial in recent years. He is currently serving prison time after being convicted in federal court on Mann Act transportation charges tied to prostitution-related offenses. He is incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix and is expected to remain there until 2028 while also fighting multiple civil lawsuits.
