Sean Combs’s Lawyers Celebrate His AcquittalAccording to new court filings, creative director Bryana Bongolan — a close friend of Cassie Ventura — claims Diddy forced his way into Cassie’s apartment and held her over the edge of a balcony for several seconds before throwing her onto patio furniture.

Bongolan says the alleged attack left her with bruises, neck and back pain, along with severe emotional trauma that continued for years afterward.

Diddy’s legal team pushed back aggressively during cross-examination, questioning her credibility and accusing her of drug use during the alleged incident — claims she denied.

He is incarcerated at FCI Fort Dix and is expected to remain there until 2028 while also fighting multiple civil lawsuits.
