‘R.A.P.E’ PROBE Boy, 16, arrested after teen girl ‘r.a.p.e.d’ near fishing lake as cops launch probe

A TEENAGE boy has been arrested after an alleged rape near to a local fishing spot, prompting a police investigation.

The attack is reported to have taken place by a lagoon on the evening of Thursday August 13 in Wakefield, Yorkshire.

West Yorkshire Police said: “Police are investigating a report of a rape which is said to have occurred in Forge Lane, Wakefield, on the evening of Thursday, 13 August.”

The victim, reportedly a teenage girl, is being supported by specially trained officers.

The teenage boy has been arrested in connection with the matter but has since been bailed pending further enquiries.
