The footage shows Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar visiting the doctor while expecting one of their youngest children, either Josie Duggar or Jordyn-Grace Duggar. However, what surprised many viewers was that all of their children came along for the appointment.
The scene showed the Duggar children gathered inside the medical office as they waited to find out more about the baby, including whether they were expecting a boy or girl.
Many social media users questioned how the appointment room could fit such a large group.
“I’m not even an ultrasound tech, but the way I’d be overstimulated in that room with all those kids,” one viewer commented.

“There’s no skin shown until the baby’s born, and then you see the baby’s skin, and that’s the only skin I want to be seen,” Michelle said.
Jill Duggar Dillard also explained her mother’s approach, saying Michelle preferred to stay covered rather than show her pregnancy belly like some other women.
