Abdul Rakhman Yakhyaev Stuns UFC Baku with an Incredible 8-Second One-Punch Knockout

Đêm thi đấu UFC: Yakhyaev đấu với Walker

Abdul Rakhman Yakhyaev delivered one of the fastest knockouts in UFC light heavyweight history with a devastating victory over Julius Walker at UFC Baku. Just eight seconds after the opening bell, the undefeated prospect landed a crushing right hand that instantly dropped his opponent, forcing the referee to stop the contest almost immediately.

The spectacular finish improved Yakhyaev’s professional record to 10-0 and tied him for the second-fastest knockout ever recorded in the UFC light heavyweight division. Only Ryan Jimmo’s legendary seven-second finish from 2012 remains ahead of him in the record books.

Already considered one of the promotion’s fastest-rising prospects, Yakhyaev entered the event after consecutive first-round finishes in his previous UFC appearances. His latest performance further strengthened his reputation as one of the division’s most dangerous finishers.

Following the victory, Yakhyaev called for tougher opposition, saying he is ready to face ranked contenders. With another explosive finish added to his résumé, many expect the UFC to reward him with a significant step up in competition.
