AMBER Davies has shared a snapshot of her recovery process in an oxygen tank after pulling out of Legally Blonde The Musical.
The Love Island alum, 29, has been forced to take a temporary break from the stage show after failing to shift a recent illness, despite being on antibiotics.

Earlier this month, Amber was replaced mid-performance by her understudy Hannah Lowther after falling ill.
She then told how she would be “off again” as she took time to recover, and is now supplementing her medication with time in the tank.
The Strictly Come Dancing performer shared an image on Instagram showing her laid back in the blue-lit device snug under a blanket.
She wrote: “Oxygen tank one hour a day for three days to speed up recovery.
“Looks like I’ll be needing to extend my time on the antibiotics as it’s taking longer to budge than I’d anticipated.
“Nearly there, more rest and less stress for the win”.
Amber has joined a host of famous faces including sports ace Cristiano Ronaldo in opting for oxygen tank assistance.
He shelled out £15,000 to have a tank installed at his Cheshire mansion back in January.
It sees users breathe in pure oxygen through a face mask that goes into their blood plasma.
During the treatment, the air pressure is increased two to three times higher than normal air pressure.
The oxygen-carrying blood then helps to fight bacteria and other unwanted hosts in the body by promoting healing.
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is also believed to assist in aiding and improving sports endurance and performance, enhancing energy levels, aiding recovery and expediting healing after injuries.
Amber, meanwhile, has been keeping her followers up to date with her recovery.
Last week, she took to social media to write: “Ok update: After talking to my doctor, being on antibiotics and trying to recover whilst doing shows is getting me and my health NOWHERE…
“Been working on this lingering illness for a month now so I’ll be off again from my beautiful Elle Woods…
“This is the last thing I want but there’s no other way…”
She admitted: “I fear if I keep ‘pushing through’ I will be battling with this for longer than I need to be.
“I can’t wait to be back on stage and feel like me again!!! Thank you – Amber x.”
The stage star – who failed to mention her understudy – added: “Also I keep having to remind myself I went from Gatsby, to a last min Strictly then to Elle so my body’s evidently fighting for its life…
“I also keep reminding myself that it’s ok to be poorly, we are human.
“Just a reminder there’s absolutely never a right time to be poorly in a musical theatre schedule.”
She has enjoyed a fruitful career starring in West End productions of 9 to 5: The Musical and Back to the Future: The Musical.
Additionally, the Love Island star is known for her popular podcast Call To Stage and has featured interviews with Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo, Tom Francis and many more.
