DaBaby is finally closing the chapter on one of his most public legal battles. The rapper has reached a settlement in the lawsuit stemming from his 2022 bowling alley altercation with Brandon Curiel, better known as Brandon Bill$, the brother of singer and former partner DaniLeigh.

According to newly filed court documents, both parties have agreed to settle the case, with the lawsuit expected to be formally dismissed within 45 days. The settlement marks the apparent end of a legal dispute that has followed DaBaby for more than four years.
The incident occurred in February 2022 at Corbin Bowl in Los Angeles after years of tension between DaBaby and Brandon, fueled by the rapper’s highly publicized breakup and co-parenting issues with DaniLeigh. Video of the confrontation quickly went viral, showing a physical fight breaking out inside the bowling alley.
Brandon later sued DaBaby, claiming he suffered injuries during the altercation. During recent deposition testimony, Brandon alleged that DaBaby approached him before the fight and told him, “I just want to slap you around a little bit,” before throwing the first punch. DaBaby’s legal team, however, maintained that Brandon was the aggressor and that the rapper acted in self-defense.
The lawsuit experienced several twists over the years. At one point, the case was dismissed due to procedural issues before eventually being revived and pushed forward again. The settlement now prevents the matter from reaching a final courtroom showdown.
While the exact terms of the agreement remain confidential, the filing effectively brings an end to one of the most talked-about legal disputes connected to DaBaby’s personal life and his long-running feud with DaniLeigh’s family. (TMZ)
