A Florida courtroom just delivered another dramatic twist in the long-running legal war between Cardi B and controversial blogger Tasha K — and this time, the rapper appears to have come out on top in a major way.
According to reports, a judge found Tasha K, whose real name is Latasha Kebe, in contempt after Cardi B accused her of repeatedly violating the terms of their settlement agreement. Sources claim the court ordered certain content to be removed immediately and imposed additional financial sanctions tied to the alleged violations.
The explosive courtroom development marks another chapter in the years-long feud that began with Cardi B’s blockbuster 2022 defamation lawsuit. That case ended with a nearly $4 million judgment against Tasha K after a jury determined the blogger made false and damaging claims about the Grammy-winning rapper.
Following Tasha K’s bankruptcy filing, both sides reportedly agreed to a reduced settlement worth around $1.2 million through structured payments. However, the agreement allegedly included strict non-disparagement terms preventing Tasha K from publicly discussing Cardi B, her husband Offset, or NFL star Stefon Diggs.
Cardi B’s legal team allegedly argued that Tasha K violated those conditions multiple times through online commentary involving Offset’s alleged gambling issues and other recent controversies connected to the rapper’s circle.
In another shocking detail, reports claim the court also sanctioned Tasha K’s attorney over allegedly submitting “hallucinated citations” in legal filings — a development that quickly sparked reactions across social media.
Despite the latest ruling, the legal battle may still be far from over. Cardi B’s attorneys are reportedly seeking millions more tied to the original judgment, along with additional penalties and legal fees.
Neither Cardi B nor Tasha K publicly addressed the reported ruling immediately after the hearing, but fans online are already calling this one of the biggest celebrity legal defeats Tasha K has faced yet.
