NEW Strictly host Johannes Radebe has made a surprising confession in a video with Emma Willis and Josh Widdicombe hours after the show announcement.
On Tuesday Strictly confirmed the trio would be replacing Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman as the new presenters.
Now in a new video shared on the official Strictly Instagram page, the stars were seen getting ready for their official photo shoot.
Johannes, 39, asked comedian Josh, 43, how he was feeling while they had their make up done.
Josh replied: “It feels like, it doesn’t feel real, right?”
He then asked his new colleague the same question, saying: “Jojo, how are you feeling about not being part of that dancing team and having to interview them?”
Johannes then made an omission which Strictly fans will no doubt be thrilled about, as he said: “Listen, I’m not hanging up my dancing shoes as yet.
“That I’m definitely not doing. I cannot, I mean, what is my life without a cha cha cha?”
Josh – who took part in the 2024 Christmas Special – quipped: “I feel the same, that’s how I feel every morning.”
A second video saw the men join Emma, and Josh admitted: “Genuinely this is the most exciting thing in my life, that I’ve ever kept to myself.”
Emma, 50, said: “I still can’t find words because my tummy is just flipping consistently.
“I imagine it’s how you feel when you know you’ve got to walk down the stairs.
“‘Dancing the cha cha!’ and everything goes to jelly. That’s how I feel thinking about what we’re about to do.”
Johannes replied: “It’s petrifying but I can’t tell you how exciting it is.”
In a third video, the camera focused on Josh and he said: “I’ve just realised that I’ve been booked to present something with two of the most striking people on television, and I look like me. Absolute disaster.
“Emma is one of the great TV hosts of our generation, and Johannes is one of the great dancers of our generation, and I’m here as well.”
