King Harris is facing serious legal trouble after a late-night traffic stop in Gwinnett County reportedly escalated into an arrest involving felony charges, a firearm, and a controversial social media outburst.
According to police, officers pulled Harris over around 1 a.m. after allegedly clocking him driving 60 mph in a 45 mph zone. What initially appeared to be a routine speeding stop quickly intensified after officers claimed they spotted a firearm inside the vehicle.
Authorities say Harris was ordered to step out of the car but allegedly refused multiple commands, leading officers to arrest him at the scene.
During the encounter, police also reportedly discovered a vape pen believed to contain THC, which ultimately resulted in a felony charge for possession of a controlled substance.
In addition to the felony count, Harris is also facing a misdemeanor obstruction charge, along with citations for speeding and failing to wear a seatbelt.

“F##k dat police”
He also reportedly made inflammatory remarks involving an officer’s family, which quickly circulated across social media and sparked backlash online.
