Former reality TV star Josh Duggar is reportedly facing even more time behind bars after federal prison records showed his release date has once again been pushed back.

Josh, who was arrested in 2021 and later convicted on charges related to child sexual abuse material, had originally been expected to leave prison in 2032. However, updated records from the Federal Bureau of Prisons now list his projected release date as February 2, 2033.

The latest extension marks the third reported delay to Duggar’s sentence, sparking renewed attention online about what may be happening behind prison walls. While officials have not publicly explained the exact reason for the change, Josh’s attorney, Beau Brindley, suggested that even minor disciplinary issues or institutional program changes could affect release calculations.

Meanwhile, Duggar’s cousin, Amy Duggar King, recently claimed on social media that Josh had allegedly been placed in solitary confinement and lost additional “good-time” credits because of prison rule violations. She also referenced previous reports alleging he had once been caught with a contraband cellphone while incarcerated.

The controversy comes as Josh continues filing appeals related to his conviction in federal court. Reports indicate this may be his final remaining appeal option.

At the same time, another major scandal has reportedly hit the Duggar family. Josh’s brother, Joseph Duggar, was recently arrested in Florida on charges involving alleged misconduct with a minor. Authorities claim the accusations stem from an incident that allegedly took place during a family vacation in 2020. Joseph has pleaded not guilty and was later released on bail.

Following the arrest, Josh’s attorney stated that Josh was “deeply saddened” by the situation and insisted that false accusations can permanently damage lives and reputations. The attorney also clarified that Josh and Joseph are not believed to communicate frequently, though Josh reportedly wishes his brother well during the legal process.

As both legal battles continue unfolding, the Duggar family remains under intense public scrutiny, with many questioning what further developments may still emerge.
